CATEGORY 4 Mixing System
Our Category 4 Mixer is engineered with a cutting-edge design to excel in blending nutrients and dissolving salt within its generous 150-gallon capacity. The mixer features a robust mechanical stainless steel agitator for efficient mixing, along with a saltwater transfer pump and Sch80 PVC plumbing system that includes recirculation, drains, and six distinct distribution lines.
Each unit is subject to thorough testing to ensure top performance before shipment, and comes complete with a 175-gallon cone bottom tank, a powder-coated steel skid, a 1 HP stainless steel agitator with a user-friendly on/off switch, a 30 GPM saltwater recirculating pump equipped with a convenient basket strainer, an anti-vortex tank fitting, and 1-1/2” Sch80 PVC plumbing. Customers also have the choice of manual valves or automatic ball valves with a control panel for added versatility and control.

Warranty Information:
Our products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace such items as may prove defective as the situation warrants for the convenience of the customer and economy of Tyfoon Mixers. Warranty period is one year on items manufactured by Tyfoon Mixers.
On items not manufactured by Tyfoon Mixers, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. All component parts of our products are covered by this warranty, except for normal wear items such as belts, bearings, set screws, etc. We cannot be responsible for damage or abuse to equipment caused by improper installation or operation. Warranties can also be voided by unauthorized disassembly of equipment.
For warranty repairs, equipment is returned to Tyfoon Mixers at the customer’s expense – Tyfoon Mixers will repair/replace and return to customer at the expense of Tyfoon Mixers. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. Tyfoon Mixers shall not be liable for any other damages, whether consequential, indirect, or incidental, arising from the sale or use of its products.
